Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, Economics, or a related field.
Extensive hands-on experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Lending solutions, particularly Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML) and/or Collateral Management (CMS).
Strong understanding of banking lending processes and related functional integrations.
Proven customer-facing experience, with confidence in communicating and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in German and English, with a proactive mindset, a high degree of ownership, and a passion for continuous learning and development.
Key responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Lending solutions, with a focus on Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML) and Collateral Management (CMS).
Advise customers on lending processes, functional design, and best practices throughout transformation projects.
Drive workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable solution concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across the lending ecosystem.
Stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments, and SAP solution innovations to continuously enhance customer value.
