Role Description The Vice President Business Operations at Consórcio Toyota is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end business operations across the organization. This role leads cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining operational goals, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with finance, sales, and program management teams to ensure consistent execution. The Vice President Business Operations will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices, mitigate operational risks, and support executive decision-making through data-driven insights and clear communication.
Qualifications
Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience overseeing complex, cross-functional environments.
Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and support strategic decision-making.
Proven Program Management experience, with a track record of delivering initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.
Solid Finance knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders at senior levels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed setting.
Experience in automotive, financial services, or related industries is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an asset.
