This established, worldwide organization has been operating for over a century and is a leading global specialist in static uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), power switching, and energy efficiency monitoring. To support their expanding Dutch entity, they are currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead their Critical Power division.
In this role you will develop and execute the Dutch Critical Power strategy for uninterruptible power supply and service solutions, taking personal responsibility for strategic key accounts. You will lead, coach, and develop a sales and after-sales team of 5, manage channel partnerships, drive complex tenders, and collaborate closely with international management.

The role:
*Developing and executing the Dutch Critical Power strategy for UPS, STS, and service solutions
*Personally managing and developing strategic key accounts at management and executive levels
*Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales and after-sales team
*Driving complex tenders, channel partner development, and pipeline forecasting
The Person:
*Degree qualified (or equivalent) preferably in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
*Commercial management experience within Critical Power / UPS
*Comfortable directing a small team
*Fluent in both Dutch and English
*Full Driving License and willingness to travel
