About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Company Description
Future Climate Collective is dedicated to helping teens feel resilient and empowered in the face of climate change through knowledge, connection, and purpose-driven learning. The organization offers two flagship programs for high school students: a Foundations Program that builds climate knowledge, resilience, and critical thinking through interactive lessons and teacher training, and an Impact Program that enables students to lead real-world climate projects in their schools and communities.
Using an intergenerational model, Future Climate Collective brings undergraduates, graduate students, and climate professionals into classrooms to support educators and expand climate teaching capacity. This flexible approach gives teachers confidence and tools to make climate education engaging while bridging generations and inspiring young changemakers. By combining rigorous education with meaningful action, Future Climate Collective prepares students to not only adapt to a changing world but to actively shape it for the better.

This is a volunteer role and is fully remote, offering flexible hours that can be coordinated around academic or professional commitments.
