Vihara is a PropTech marketplace making real estate buying and selling more transparent and efficient.
We’re looking for a hands-on Performance / Growth Marketing Manager to help build and scale our marketing engine.
What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads
Run campaigns focused on CPL, CPA, CAC and ROAS
Manage retargeting, audience segmentation and conversion tracking
Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels
Develop ad creatives, copy and growth experiments
Manage social media and content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X
Support demand generation, brand building and new growth channels
Track marketing KPIs and provide performance insights
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of hands-on performance/growth marketing experience
Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
Strong analytical and creative mindset
Good copywriting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Bonus: LinkedIn Ads, PropTech/Real Estate, FinTech, startups, AI marketing tools or video content experience.
