Role Description The VP of Business Transformation is a full-time remote role responsible for leading strategic change initiatives across the organization to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation. This role oversees end-to-end transformation programs, including process optimization, technology adoption, and business model improvements aligned with company objectives. The VP will collaborate with executive leadership, finance, sales, operations, and production teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and manage implementation plans. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance data, prioritizing transformation projects, managing cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. The VP will also mentor leaders, embed a continuous improvement culture, and support long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, assess performance trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Finance and Business Analysis capabilities for building business cases, managing budgets, and evaluating return on investment for transformation initiatives.
Project Management experience, including leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and delivering large-scale change programs.
Sales and commercial acumen to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and the revenue impact of transformation strategies.
Proven leadership experience in business transformation, strategy, or operations, ideally in manufacturing or textiles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Experience working in or leading remote, distributed teams and driving alignment across multiple functions.
Relevant academic background such as an MBA or a degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with change management frameworks, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and digital transformation tools is an advantage.
