Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bareilly. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including logos, brand elements, marketing materials, and social media graphics that support client relationship and sales goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, refining brand identities, selecting appropriate typography, and preparing final files for production or online use. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand project objectives, iterating on feedback, and maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute ideas that improve visual communication and client experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clean, engaging visual content.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain distinct brand identities.
Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and legibility in various formats.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar software).
Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into effective visual designs.
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and a portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond constructively to feedback.
Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
