Technical Trainer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Noida. The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs, including classroom sessions, hands-on workshops, and structured learning paths for employees and clients. Daily responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating training materials and user guides, preparing presentations and exercises, and conducting training sessions for different levels of technical proficiency. The role involves evaluating participant performance, collecting feedback, and updating content to keep it aligned with product changes and industry standards. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, and management to ensure that all training supports business objectives and enhances learner skills.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Technical Training and experience working as a Technical Trainer in a corporate or educational environment.
Demonstrated expertise in Training & Development, including curriculum design, instructional methods, and training evaluation.
Ability to plan and deliver Training that is clear, structured, and engaging for varied technical audiences.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, accessible language.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, education, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in training or instructional design are an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency with presentation tools, learning platforms, and common office software; familiarity with e-learning tools is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
