Anokhi Enterprises is looking for a Sales professional who is ready to take ownership of a sales team, drive conversions and build a strong revenue pipeline in the Bengaluru residential market.
This is not just a reporting role.
We are looking for someone who can lead from the front — coach the team, participate in key client discussions, drive site visits, support negotiations and ensure opportunities move towards closure.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring and driving a team of Relationship Managers
- Driving the complete sales funnel from Lead → Site Visit → Site Visit Done → Booking.
- Conducting daily reviews of leads, follow-ups, site visits, pipeline and closures.
- Ensuring every genuine opportunity is followed up systematically until closure.
- Improving site-visit-to-booking conversion across the team.
- Supporting RMs in important client meetings, negotiations and high-value closures.
- Coaching team members on project pitching, objection handling and closing techniques.
- Identifying performance gaps and taking corrective action quickly.
- Maintaining strong CRM discipline, follow-up accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Developing strong knowledge of Bengaluru residential projects, pricing and competition.
- Working closely with Presales, Digital Marketing, CRM and Management to maximize conversions.
Who We’re Looking For
✓ Minimum 2 years of relevant Residential Real Estate Sales experience
✓ Strong experience in client handling, site visits, negotiations and closures
✓ Good understanding of the Bengaluru residential real-estate market
✓ Prior exposure to a Channel Partner / Property Advisory environment preferred
✓ Experience mentoring or handling a sales team preferred
✓ Strong communication, negotiation and people-management skills
