Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Feedrani is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily tasks include partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs, managing HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will coordinate training and development initiatives, support workplace engagement activities, and foster an inclusive, productive work environment. The role also involves handling conflict resolution, conducting HR audits, and providing guidance to managers and team members on HR best practices.
Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Proficiency in HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices relevant to on-site roles in India.
Ability to manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
Experience with HRIS or other HR-related digital tools, along with solid organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities, with capacity to collaborate effectively across teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in a growing, operations-focused or agri/food-tech environment is beneficial.
