Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Principal Architect to lead enterprise transformation initiatives, define architecture strategy, and provide technology leadership across complex programs. The role requires strong consulting, stakeholder management, governance, and solution architecture capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and transformation roadmaps.
Lead architecture and design for large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Engage with business leaders and executives to align technology investments with business objectives.
Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Drive solution reviews, risk assessments, and architecture assurance.
Support pre-sales, proposals, RFPs, and client advisory engagements.
Mentor architects, technical leaders, and engineering teams.
Drive innovation, reusability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience & Skills
15+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in architecture leadership roles.
Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Digital Transformation.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience in architecture governance, consulting, and strategic planning.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Industry-recognized Architecture, Cloud, Security, or Program Management certifications preferred.
