Role Description
HR & Hotel Operations Manager – Udaipur
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR & Operations professional based in Udaipur, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, to manage the HR function and oversee day-to-day operations of a 20-room boutique hotel and restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete hiring and recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
* Maintain and monitor staff attendance, leave records, working hours and employee documentation.
* Handle day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination and basic HR administration.
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel and restaurant.
* Oversee daily hotel operations, staff performance, guest experience and operational requirements.
* Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
* Maintain regular reports and updates for the Reporting Manager.
* Assist in creating and implementing operational processes, staff schedules and internal systems.
* Take ownership of multiple responsibilities and effectively multitask across HR and hotel operations.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, hospitality operations, or a similar role.
* Based in Udaipur or willing to relocate.
* Strong communication, coordination and people-management skills.
* Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
* Ability to multitask and independently manage responsibilities.
* Prior experience in hotel/hospitality operations will be an advantage.
