Role Description The Beauty Therapist at Dreams Glam Studio will provide a range of professional beauty services, including skin care treatments, hair removal procedures, and other cosmetology services tailored to client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients about their goals and concerns, performing treatments in line with studio protocols, maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards, and ensuring a comfortable, respectful experience for all clients. The role also involves recommending appropriate aftercare, products, and follow-up services, as well as supporting appointment scheduling and client communication when needed. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brahmapur, requiring consistent availability during studio operating hours and collaboration with the wider team to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in cosmetology, including practical training and ability to perform standard beauty and wellness treatments.
Hands-on experience with hair removal techniques, including waxing or threading; familiarity with laser hair removal procedures is an advantage.
Knowledge of professional skin care, including skin analysis, facials, and appropriate product selection for different skin types and conditions.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and maintain a welcoming and respectful client experience.
Relevant certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field; local licensing or registration as required by regulations.
Commitment to hygiene, safety, and infection control standards, including proper equipment sterilization and workspace cleanliness.
Ability to work on-site full time in Brahmapur, manage a structured schedule, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Willingness to learn new techniques, adapt to studio protocols, and participate in ongoing training or professional development.
