Role Description The Senior Human Resources Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and executing HR initiatives that support Insight Genesis – IGAi’s growth and people strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations across relevant jurisdictions. The role involves designing and maintaining clear, inclusive job descriptions, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and advising leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. The Senior Human Resources Officer will manage performance review frameworks, support learning and development efforts, and promote a positive, equitable, and high-engagement culture in a distributed team environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align HR practices with the company’s mission and data-driven approach.

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing end-to-end HR operations and people processes.
Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that are compliant, inclusive, and aligned with organizational goals.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and fostering an open, respectful workplace culture.
Experience in Job Description Development, ensuring clear, role-specific, and non-discriminatory descriptions that support effective hiring.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) are an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in remote or distributed work environments and familiarity with HR practices for global or multi-region teams.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them in practical HR decision-making.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience in technology or AI-driven organizations, and comfort with using HRIS and data to inform HR strategies, is beneficial.
