🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SALON MANAGER — BENGALURU
Bellance Salon is looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our Bengaluru operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day salon operations
• Lead, motivate & manage the salon team
• Drive monthly sales, membership & retail targets
• Improve client experience, retention & repeat business
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline & productivity
• Manage inventory, billing & daily reporting
• Ensure Bellance SOPs, hygiene & service standards are followed
• Support recruitment, training & team development
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5+ years of experience in salon/beauty/wellness management
• Strong sales & team-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-handling ability
• Target-oriented and commercially driven
• Good knowledge of salon operations
• Professional personality and grooming
