Over de rol
Als Salesmanager Callcenter bij Klusgebied leid je de sales vanuit ons remote callcenter. Je belt koude én warme leads, bent verantwoordelijk voor vaste sales-targets, en werft mensen voor het callcenter. Je werkt 100% remote in Nederland, fulltime, start z.s.m.
Wat je doet
- Koude en warme leads bellen en kwalificeren tot monteur-afspraken
- Eigen sales-targets halen en pipeline bewaken (lead → afspraak)
- Mensen werven voor het callcenter
- Cijfers bijhouden en kort rapporteren aan de directie
Wat je níet doet
- Geen ownership van sales.klusgebied.nl
- Geen hiring of coaching van agents (dat doet de directie)
Wie we zoeken
- 3–5+ jaar sales leadership of callcenter/salesmanagement
- Ervaring met een team van ca. 5+ aangestuurd (of aantoonbaar leiderschap)
- NL vloeiend; CRM en cijfers
- Aantoonbaar targets gehaald
- Pre: home services / bouw / B2C-afspraken, remote leadership
Aanbod
- Fulltime, 100% remote NL
- Start z.s.m.
- Salaris: base + bonus (in overleg)
