Role Description The Crp Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tumkur. The role involves designing and developing power control products and systems, including preparation of detailed engineering drawings and documentation. The engineer will use CAD tools to create layouts, assemblies, and component designs, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing design feasibility, supporting prototyping and testing activities, and making design improvements based on performance data. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, coordinating with production and quality teams, and providing engineering support during installation and commissioning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Design Engineering and Product Design, focusing on practical and manufacturable solutions.
Candidates should possess solid Mechanical Engineering skills, including understanding of materials, mechanisms, and industrial components.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar) for 2D and 3D modeling.
Candidates should possess foundational Electrical Engineering knowledge related to power control panels, wiring, and safety standards.
Beneficial qualifications include a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Design Engineering, experience in power control or industrial products, familiarity with relevant standards and codes, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
