Civil Engineer

CTC - Between 5 LPA to 6 LPA + Travel
Exp - 1 to 2 Years
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1+ years of experience to support the execution of aluminium doors and windows projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site coordination skills, be capable of handling multiple projects, and be willing to travel extensively to project locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site visits for measurements, surveys, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients for project execution.
• Ensure proper installation of aluminium doors, windows, and façade systems as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify site readiness before installation and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Monitor installation progress, quality, and timely completion of projects.
• Prepare site reports, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality requirements.
• Attend client meetings and provide technical support whenever required.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in site execution or project coordination.
• Experience in aluminium doors, windows, façade systems, or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements
• Must be willing to travel extensively to project sites across assigned locations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driving licence is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
