Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cyber Security Instructor (Trainer Only) role based in Thane. The instructor will deliver structured cybersecurity training sessions, workshops, and labs to learners at various skill levels, using prepared curricula and real-world examples. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classes, explaining concepts in application, network, and information security, and guiding learners through hands-on exercises and simulations. The role involves creating or updating training materials, assessing learner performance, providing feedback and mentoring, and staying current with emerging threats, tools, and best practices. The instructor will collaborate with the training team to improve course content, ensure consistent quality, and support learners in preparing for certifications or job readiness.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to explain core principles clearly and accurately.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Network Security, including secure network design, common attacks, and defensive techniques.
Candidates should possess expertise in Application Security, covering secure coding concepts, vulnerability identification, and mitigation strategies.
Candidates should possess practical skills in Malware Analysis or exposure to threat analysis, incident response, and related defensive practices.
Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, OSCP) are an advantage.
Prior experience in cybersecurity training, technical teaching, or delivering workshops, with strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to design and facilitate hands-on labs, use security tools and platforms, and adapt content to different learner levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, commitment to ethical practices, and readiness to work on-site in Mumbai on a full-time schedule.
