We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Automation Specialist to support and enhance our client's enterprise automation environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OPS/MVS and AMI OPS Automation, with a proven ability to design, implement, and maintain automation rules across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain automation rules using OPS/MVS and AMI OPS Automation.
Analyze system events and create automated responses to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to optimize mainframe performance.
Lead or contribute to migration efforts between mainframe products and tools.
Document processes, procedures, and migration outcomes.#
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with OPS/MVS and AMI OPS Automation.
Strong ability to create and manage automation rules in both tools.
Deep expertise in REXX programming.
Proven track record of successfully migrating from one mainframe product to another.
