You’ll often have hours of raw conversations, multiple cameras, scattered thoughts and dozens of possible moments.
Your job is to figure out:
What stays.
What goes.
Where the story begins.
Where people lean in.
And what makes someone watch till the end.

I’m looking for a Video Editor for a friend’s upcoming digital media project.
📍 Location: Rohtak, Haryana
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
💼 Position: Full-Time
💰 Salary: As per industry standards, based on skills & experience
What you’ll be working on
🎙️ 2 Podcasts every week
Long-form podcast editing
Multi-camera editing
Natural conversation & pacing
Audio cleanup & sound design
YouTube episodes
Shorts / Reels from long-form content
🎬 1 Documentary every month
Documentary editing
Interview-led storytelling
Narrative structure
B-roll & archival footage
Sound design
Colour correction / grading
Creating a strong beginning, middle & payoff
🤖 AI Knowledge
Good working knowledge of AI tools for video and content workflows is preferred.
Experience with AI-assisted:
Editing
Transcription & captions
Highlight identification
Audio enhancement
Content repurposing
Creative ideation
Image/video generation
Workflow automation
What we’re looking for
We need someone who understands storytelling, not just software.
Someone who can look at hours of raw footage and identify:
The story.
The hook.
The emotion.
The important moment.
The clip.
Podcast/documentary editing experience will be a strong advantage.
Hindi/Hinglish understanding is preferred.
Portfolio matters more than degrees.
