We're looking for an experienced commercial professional who understands how to sell HR, recruitment, training, staffing, workforce or related B2B professional services.
We're looking for someone who:
understands B2B selling and relationship development;
can identify and pursue commercial opportunities;
is comfortable engaging business owners, HR leaders and senior decision-makers;
has a strong existing professional network or demonstrated ability to build one;
can sell professional services rather than simply products;
understands revenue targets and can take ownership of them.
Experience selling recruitment, HR, training, staffing, outsourcing or other professional services is particularly relevant.
