Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Kakori. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, assisting with budgeting, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, preparing reports for management, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to maintain accurate records.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CPA or equivalent) are an advantage.
Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred, especially in a similar on-site environment.
