Role Description The Human Resources and Administration Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Haveli, responsible for overseeing HR operations and general administrative functions. This position manages end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and handling employee relations issues. The manager will also coordinate office administration activities such as facilities management, vendor coordination, record keeping, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Collaboration with senior leadership to support workforce planning, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Solid experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Strong administrative and organizational skills for managing office operations, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance standards, and best practices in policy development and implementation.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR software, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting for HR and administration metrics.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred, along with familiarity with ISO-certified processes.
