Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the vision, strategy, and operations of Red Club 777 as a full-time team member. This hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with core responsibilities performed on-site and some work-from-home flexibility as appropriate. Day-to-day tasks include defining and evolving the brand’s positioning, co-creating the member experience, and overseeing the design and execution of high-touch events and private gatherings. The Co-Founder will cultivate and manage relationships with members and partners, drive membership growth through discreet outreach, and identify opportunities for strategic collaborations that align with the club’s ethos. Additional responsibilities include overseeing core business functions such as marketing, sales development, financial planning, and operational processes to ensure sustainable growth and consistency in member experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should ideally have experience in luxury, hospitality, private networks, or high-end community building, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential, sensitive interactions.
Candidates should bring strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in New Delhi with flexible hours and occasional evening or weekend commitments to support events.
A background in business, marketing, communications, or related fields is beneficial, though equivalent experience in founding, scaling, or leading ventures will be highly valued.
