Land Surveyor Party Chief

Field Surveyor(Crew Chief) - Position requires a minimum of 5 years field experience performing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Improvement Survey Plats, Land Survey Plats, topographic design surveying, strong construction staking skills, Cell Tower Surveys working with conventional and GPS technologies. (Experience with Trimble Robotics and GPS equipment necessary but will train the right candidate)
Candidate will be required to have a good driving record and must be able to pass a DMV and Criminal background check. Must be proficient with Trimble GPS(VRS), robotic total stations, levels and data collectors and have the ability to upload and download data collectors and other devices and operate Microsoft Outlook and be able to enter time sheets electronically. Must have a smart phone or similar. If you have experience with cad is a plus. LSIT and or PLS preferred but not required.
