What You'll Own
Social Media & ContentOwn Swichh's Instagram & social media end-to-end.
Create and manage the content calendar across Reels, Stories, carousels, and posts.
Write captions and ensure brand consistency across all content.
Script, shoot, coordinate, or brief content production.
Be responsible for everything that goes live on Swichh's social channels.
Repurpose content for YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
Day to day social media management
Creative & Editing
Create basic social media creatives.
Edit short-form videos for Instagram and YouTube.
Coordinate with external designers, editors, or creators when required.
Influencer Marketing
Build and manage a network of 50–100 nano and micro influencers across Bangalore and India.
Identify creators across fitness, wellness, food, lifestyle, and health categories.
Own influencer outreach, follow-ups, relationship management, and content tracking.
Partnerships & Events
Build relationships with run clubs, gym communities, fitness groups, yoga studios, and wellness communities.
Identify, source, and execute on-ground activations and events.
Coordinate Swichh's presence at food festivals, fitness pop-ups, community events, and run club activations.
Founder Brand
Work closely with the founder (Ashish) to build his personal brand.
Capture founder stories, startup journey moments, behind-the-scenes content, and thought leadership.
Help turn the founder's journey into engaging social content.
Reporting & Growth
Prepare a simple monthly marketing report.
Track content performance, influencer campaigns, community growth, and key learnings.
Recommend what should be scaled, improved, or stopped.
Performance Marketing Fundamentals
Possess a basic understanding of performance marketing concepts.
Possess a basic understanding of SEO and content discoverability.
Collaborate with external partners or agencies when required.
What We're Looking For
3 – 4 years of experience in social media, content, influencer marketing, or community building.
Background in F&B, wellness, fitness, or FMCG startup
Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
Good editing skills - CapCut, Inshots, Canva, or equivalent. You shouldn’t need a designer for every post.
Has done influencer outreach independently - not just “coordinated with the agency”
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Interest in fitness, wellness, health, food, or consumer brands is a big plus.
Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and ownership-driven
Has scripted, shot, or directed Reels before - show us the work
Has a personal Instagram or content presence of their own
Genuinely interested in gut health, wellness, or fitness
