Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Structural Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects, ensuring stability, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing structural analysis, preparing design calculations and drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting site teams during construction and inspections. The role involves preparing technical reports, participating in project planning and scheduling, and addressing design-related queries and revisions. The engineer will also collaborate with project managers to monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to develop safe and efficient structural solutions.
Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Structural Analysis, including the use of relevant design standards and analysis software.
Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking project deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
Familiarity with national and international building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams on-site.
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and capability to solve complex engineering problems under time constraints.
Prior experience with infrastructure or building projects in a similar role is preferred.
