✅ Ability to partner with business leaders and understand hiring needs
✅ Experience hiring talent across HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Design, Operations, and Business Support functions
✅ Expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Employee Referrals, Networking, and other creative hiring channels
✅ Passion for connecting great talent with great opportunities
✅ Ability to build high-performing teams that contribute to business success
✅ Preferably from Jewellery, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Non-IT industry
