Role Description The Vice President of Administrative Planning is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing strategic and administrative planning across the organization. This role designs and implements multi-year business and financial plans, aligning administrative operations with organizational goals and resource constraints. The Vice President leads planning cycles, coordinates with finance, operations, and executive leadership, and develops frameworks for performance measurement and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business and financial data, identifying process and cost optimization opportunities, preparing executive-level presentations, and guiding implementation of approved plans. The role also supports risk assessment, policy development, and change management to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and sustainably.
Qualifications
Strong Business Planning and Financial Planning skills, with experience leading organization-wide planning initiatives.
Advanced Analytical Skills and Finance expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Proven Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting priorities, aligning resources, and evaluating outcomes.
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and decision support for senior executives.
Experience in administrative or operations planning at a senior level, preferably in complex or multi-site organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or similar) is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a remote environment, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver high-quality work under time constraints.
Proficiency with planning and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software, data visualization platforms).
