I. Position Overview
The Global Senior Vice President (Global SVP) assists the CEO or President in formulating and executing the company's global development strategy. They oversee core functions such as cross-regional operations, strategic partnerships, key client relationships, market expansion, and organizational development.
This role typically extends beyond responsibility for a single country or department; instead, it requires coordinating and managing multiple markets, business lines, or functions from the perspective of global operations and the company's overall strategy.
Depending on the company's organizational structure, a Global SVP may oversee:
Global business development
Global strategy
Global investment
Global operations
Global marketing
Global client relationships
Global partnerships

II. Core Responsibilities
1. Global Strategy Formulation
