Role Description
This is a remote contract opportunity for a Luxury Travel Consultant - Client Services (Remote).

In this role, you will work directly with clients to design and coordinate personalized travel experiences from start to finish — understanding their preferences, recommending destinations, and managing bookings including flights, accommodations, cruises, and activities.

Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget
Design customized travel itineraries based on client needs
Coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Provide recommendations and guidance throughout the planning process
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation accurately
Stay informed on destinations, travel updates, and supplier offerings
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bookings
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Genuine interest in travel planning and helping others create meaningful experiences
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is helpful but not required
Familiarity with travel booking platforms is a plus
Spanish language skills are a plus
