Inbound Appointment Setter

We’re Hiring: Appointment Setter / Customer Onboarding Rep
Trail & Bone is an online dog training company helping owners resolve serious reactivity and behavior problems with their dogs.
We’re looking for someone to take Kickoff/Onboarding calls with new customers and book qualified customers for follow-up sales calls.
This is not cold calling or DM setting. Every person you speak with has already purchased from us and booked the call.
The role is roughly 50% customer service, 50% appointment setting.
You’ll:
Welcome and onboard new customers
Help them access their purchases and answer basic questions
Learn about their dog, situation, and goals
Identify customers who may benefit from more personalized support
Naturally transition qualified customers into a consultation with our sales team
We’re looking for someone who is warm, personable, organized, coachable, and comfortable leading conversations without sounding scripted or pushy.
Strong preference for candidates with experience with B2C implementation/onboarding-style sales motions where you provide real value first, then transition qualified customers into a second sales conversation
Being a genuine dog lover is also a big plus.
Compensation: $30–$50 per qualified appointment, depending on experience. Based on expected call volume and performance, this should generally work out to roughly $20–$45/hour.
