We're hiring interns in Kolkata — Support & Technical Support 🩺
At Clinisio, we're building doctor booking and home care services across Kolkata — real doctors reaching real patients at home, on time, with a proper digital record of every visit.
As we scale this across the city, we need people on the ground (and on the phones/chat) who can help both our patients and our doctors when things need a human touch.
We're hiring for two intern roles:
1. Customer Support Intern
Helping patients and doctors with booking issues, visit updates, and general queries — over call, WhatsApp, and in-app chat.
2. Technical Support Intern
Helping troubleshoot app issues for patients and doctors — login problems, OTP issues, booking errors — and working closely with our tech team to flag and fix bugs.
What we're looking for:
Based in Kolkata (this is a must — we're only hiring locally for now)
Comfortable communicating in Bengali, Hindi, and English
Patient, clear communicator — especially important since a lot of our users are elderly or unwell
Basic comfort with apps/technology (for the technical support role, a bit more curiosity about how things work under the hood helps)
Available to commit to an internship period with us
