Role Description
This is a part-time and remote role for a Director of Finance and Accounting. The Director will be responsible for managing financial planning processes, preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional duties include developing financial strategies to support organizational goals and providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements
Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on Finance
Experience in Financial Reporting and compliance management
Proven track record of collaborating effectively with leadership teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree or CPA certification is a plus)
Familiarity with financial tools and software is highly desirable
