The Opportunity
We're looking for a well-connected, relationship-oriented individual who enjoys bringing people together and helping others access the right support.
As a Client Referral Partner, you'll help introduce Immerse More to individuals who may benefit from our services.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with an established professional network, engaged online audience, or connections within communities where people are exploring personal growth, career changes, relocation, or meaningful lifestyle shifts.
You don't need to be a sales expert. We're looking for someone who can recognize when a person could benefit from our work and make a thoughtful introduction.
Our founder handles consultations, enrollment, strategy, and client delivery.
What You'll Do
Identify individuals who may benefit from personalized life change strategy and implementation support.
Share Immerse More and our services with relevant people in your network or community.
Generate qualified referrals for individual strategy sessions and Project Replot.
Facilitate warm introductions between interested individuals and our founder.
Identify potential referral opportunities through professional relationships, online communities, and relevant networks.
Maintain simple records of successful introductions and referrals.
Who We're Looking For
Someone with an existing professional network, community, or engaged online audience.
A genuine interest in helping people make meaningful changes in their lives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
An understanding of the value of personalized services and professional support.
Experience in community building, networking, referrals, partnerships, or relationship-based business development is an advantage.
We welcome applicants with backgrounds in education, wellness, personal development, professional services, and related fields.
We care more about the relevance of your connections and your ability to make genuine introductions than your follower count alone.
Compensation & Working Arrangement
This is a flexible, remote, commission-only independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation is earned through successful referrals that become paying Immerse More clients. Specific referral fees and payment terms will be discussed during the interview process.
There are no fixed working hours, and you will not be responsible for sales calls or delivering client services.
