Open Rate Media is a newsletter agency. We manage, grow and monetise newsletters for creators and brands, from the first draft to a revenue line they can count on. We're an official beehiiv expert partner and part of Calu Media Group, founded in 2024.
The role
We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern to join us for a one-month placement. You'll work directly with the founder on growing real newsletters for real clients, and you'll see exactly how your work moves the numbers. This is a fully remote role, so you can work from anywhere in the UK.
Strong performers may be considered for a full-time role at the end of the placement.
What you'll do
- Grow newsletter audiences across X, LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Support client growth campaigns, including referral programs and cross-promotions
- Help with SEO and GEO (getting newsletters found in AI search)
- Create content that turns followers into subscribers
- Track growth results and share what's working
What we're looking for
- Experience in growth and marketing
- Strong understanding of social media, especially X and LinkedIn
- Driven and self-motivated
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Great written English
- Organised and reliable when working remotely
- Experience with beehiiv is a bonus
