Following our impactful wellness center collaboration with the Greater Chennai Corporation, Dhruti Charitable Trust is partnering with the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMC) to establish a dedicated Mental Health & Wellness Centre and conduct city-wide awareness programs.
We are looking for an energetic and organized Programs Coordinator (Full-Time) to lead on-the-ground project operations in Coimbatore.
Role Overview:
📍 Location: Coimbatore
💼 Position: Full-Time Programs Coordinator
🎯 Focus: Municipal liaison, workshop rollout, center administration, and team logistics
Core Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and administrative logistics at the CCMC Wellness Centre
Coordinate with Coimbatore Corporation officials and zonal heads to schedule community workshops
Oversee counselor rosters, session schedules, and helpline coordination
Maintain program analytics, beneficiary feedback, and monthly reporting
Drive institutional outreach to colleges and universities across Coimbatore to sign MoUs and schedule on-campus mental health workshops.
Anchor the expansion of Dhruti’s student well-being programs and youth peer circles across higher-education institutions in the region.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or Management
2–3+ years of experience in NGO operations, CSR execution, or public health programs
Fluency in Tamil and English
Strong stakeholder coordination and project management capabilities
