Retail Implementation Consultant

A company in the field of retail technology is hiring a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote from the US East Coast, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.
What you will do
Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
What you bring
Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.
US East Coast location preferred. Base salary is expected to be $150,000-$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
