Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Freelance Photographer. The Freelance Photographer will plan and execute photo shoots based on client briefs, including pre-production coordination, shot list development, and equipment preparation. Day-to-day tasks include capturing still images in a variety of settings, ensuring proper lighting and composition, and managing files for post-production. The role also involves basic image editing, organizing and delivering final assets in required formats, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients regarding timelines and expectations. The photographer is expected to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and uphold Jet Media Productions’ quality standards and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong photography skills, including composition, lighting, and camera operation.
Experience with photo editing and post-processing using tools such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.
Ability to plan shoots, interpret creative briefs, and collaborate effectively with remote teams and clients.
Reliable access to professional photography equipment and a stable internet connection for remote file delivery.
Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail in handling multiple projects.
Prior freelance or client-facing experience in commercial, event, or portrait photography is preferred.
Familiarity with digital asset management and basic rights/usage considerations for images.
Relevant portfolio demonstrating a range of photographic styles and professional work.
