Short Form Video Editor or Content Clipper
We're looking for a creative Video Editor / Content Clipper who understands content, storytelling, and audience retention.
What You'll Do:
• Watch long-form videos from well-known creators and identify the most engaging, high-retention moments.
• Create short-form clips that hook viewers within the first few seconds.
• Add captions, zooms, cuts, b-roll, sound effects, and other editing elements to maximize engagement.
• Use AI clipping tools to speed up content extraction and editing workflows.
• Optimize content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
Requirements:
• 0–1+ year of experience (Beginners are welcome to apply)
• Good understanding of social media content and viewer psychology
• Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software
• Knowledge of AI clipping tools such as Opus Clip, Submagic, Klap, Vizard, or similar tools is a plus
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (Based on experience and skills)
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month
