Architectural Designer/CAD technician

Role Description This Architectural Designer/CAD Technician role is a remote/hybrid position based in Cordova, TN, with flexibility for work from home. The induvial must have 1-3 years AutoCAD experience, and should understand floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and construction details, The candidate should be able to take redlines and turn them into corrected drawings, and should be able to work with organized layers, xrefs, title blocks and plotting. Accuracy is a must.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate design concepts into clear technical drawings.
Proficiency in producing Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details that meet code and coordination requirements.
Solid Drawing skills, both digital (CAD/BIM) and schematic, for design development and documentation.
Awareness of Urban Planning principles and how site and context influence building design.
Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and standards.
Certificate or degree in architecture, drafting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to manage time effectively in a remote/part-time, hybrid environment and communicate clearly with project team members.
Must be able to work in Microsoft Teams.
