Role Description The Parent role is a spoken contract, on-site position located in Anywhere, USA. Day-to-day responsibilities include caring for and supervising children, managing routines such as meals, hygiene, and bedtimes, and creating a safe, supportive environment for physical and emotional development. The role involves coordinating schedules, organizing activities and appointments, and maintaining household order, including basic cleaning, laundry, and general tidying. The Stay-at-Home Parent also models positive behavior, provides guidance and conflict resolution, and communicates clearly with any co-caregivers or family members. This role requires adaptability, patience, and consistent presence to meet evolving fami
ly needs.
Qualifications
Strong household and time management skills, including scheduling, multitasking, and prioritization in a busy home environment.
Childcare and caregiving experience, with the ability to ensure safety, nurture development, and respond calmly in urgent or stressful situations.
Effective communication and conflict-resolution abilities, including explaining concepts in simple terms and supporting emotional regulation for children.
Organizational and problem-solving skills for handling daily logistics, unexpected changes, and long-term family planning.
Ability to maintain a clean, functional living space, including routine tidying, basic cleaning, and household upkeep.
High level of reliability, resilience, and discretion, with respect for family values, privacy, and diverse backgrounds.
Prior experience as a primary caregiver, guardian, or in similar family-support roles is highly beneficial, but absolutely not required

Capacity to work on-site in your own home, and commit to the agreed contract schedule (24/7, sleep is often disrupted. This is a non-negotiable).
