Role Description The World Trade Factory – The Future Belongs To You – Robotics Research Intern at SKXYWTF is a full-time, remote role focused on exploring and prototyping robotics applications that support intelligent capital infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on robotics algorithms and automation frameworks, reviewing academic and industry literature, and analyzing how robotics can augment trading, data collection, and operational workflows. The intern will assist in building and testing experimental models and simulations, collaborate with cross-functional teams working in AI, blockchain, and DeFi, and document findings in clear, structured reports and presentations. The role also involves contributing to proof-of-concept projects, refining system requirements, and providing insights that inform future product features and automation strategies.
Qualifications
Robotics and automation skills, such as familiarity with robotics frameworks, control systems, and robotic process automation concepts.
Programming and software development skills, for example experience with Python, C++ or similar languages, and basic knowledge of APIs and data structures.
Research and analytical skills, including literature review, experimental design, data analysis, and clear documentation of technical findings.
Foundational understanding or strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data-driven systems, particularly as applied to automation and intelligent infrastructure.
Interest or exposure to blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi concepts, with willingness to learn how robotics intersects with these domains.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to a collaborative, innovative culture.
