Role Description We are looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking FP&A Strategist to drive the financial health and strategic growth of our agency. Working closely with Account Management and executive leadership, you will own the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Your insights into cash flow, project profitability, and margin analysis will directly inform our pricing models, optimize resource allocation, and empower strategic financial decision-making as we scale our operations.
Qualifications
Strategic Finance & Modeling: Expertise in financial modeling, performance tracking, and building comprehensive financial forecasts.
Operational Analysis: Deep understanding of cash flow management, project profitability, and pricing/margin analysis within an agency or tech environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with Account Management and leadership to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies.
Experience: 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a strategic finance role, preferably in a fast-paced tech, Web3, or digital agency setting.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, alongside hands-on experience with modern accounting and ERP platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
