Role Description The Research Assistant and Project Fellow is a full-time, on-site role based at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University in Palwal. The role involves supporting research and development activities, including literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, and documentation of findings. The individual will assist in designing and executing project plans, coordinating project activities, preparing reports, and maintaining project records. Daily tasks may include drafting research proposals, preparing presentations, collaborating with faculty and project teams, and contributing to publications or dissemination of project outcomes. The role also requires participation in meetings, communication with stakeholders, and adherence to institutional research and project management guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to support data collection, interpretation, and evidence-based conclusions.
Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) experience and familiarity with applied or field-based research in relevant skill domains.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan tasks, track timelines, coordinate activities, and ensure project deliverables are met.
Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Engineering, Management, Social Sciences, Education, or allied fields).
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and engage with industry or community partners.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, data analysis tools, and documentation software.
Prior experience in academic or institutional research projects, skill development initiatives, or government-funded projects will be an advantage.
