Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time role based in the Greater Delhi Area with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, and online advertising to drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. Day-to-day activities include developing digital marketing strategies, managing content and campaigns, overseeing performance tracking and web analytics, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will also support lead generation initiatives, contribute to marketing automation and AI-powered marketing efforts, and prepare reports and insights to inform decision-making. Collaboration with the business development, PR, and field execution teams is expected to ensure integrated, results-driven marketing programs.
Qualifications
Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
Hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaigns.
Proven ability in Lead Generation, with experience building and optimizing funnels to drive qualified prospects.
Proficiency in Web Analytics and performance reporting using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and familiarity with AI-powered or data-driven marketing approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
Experience in B2B marketing or sectors such as energy, utilities, or infrastructure is a plus.
