Business Development Executive – Home Care

SRK Care at Home is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive based in Pakistan to help grow awareness of our nonmedical in-home care services in Maryland. You will research potential referral partners, make professional introductions, coordinate meetings, and help our U.S. team build lasting relationships with organizations that support adults, seniors, and families.
This is a remote business development role. You will work closely with our U.S. team, which will handle local visits, client assessments, and decisions about services.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential referral partners, including senior living communities, community organizations, discharge planning teams, and healthcare practices.
Conduct outreach by email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce SRK Care at Home and arrange conversations with our U.S. team.
Maintain accurate contact records, outreach activity, follow-ups, and meeting notes in our CRM.
Help prepare outreach materials and coordinate educational meetings.
Track outreach results and suggest ways to improve our approach.
Communicate professionally and follow company policies for handling confidential information.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of business development, sales, or outreach experience; healthcare, home care, or U.S. market experience is preferred.
Strong spoken and written English.
Confidence making professional calls and building relationships remotely.
Experience using a CRM, spreadsheets, email, and LinkedIn.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through on commitments.
Availability to work agreed hours that overlap with the U.S. Eastern time zone.
