Role Description The Bartender/Senior Bartender role is a full-time remote position focused on providing exceptional beverage service and guest interaction through virtual or off-site hospitality experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and presenting beverages to specification, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, and maintaining a clean, organized bar setup or mobile service station. The role involves managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring all drinks meet company standards for quality and consistency. Senior Bartenders may also guide junior team members, support training, and assist with menu development and special events. The position requires adherence to company policies, responsible service practices, and consistent communication with the broader hospitality team.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse guests.
Solid food & beverage knowledge, including familiarity with drink recipes, ingredients, and basic pairing principles.
Proficiency in bartending techniques, such as mixing, pouring, garnishing, and presenting beverages safely and efficiently.
Accurate cash handling skills, including processing payments, managing tabs, and reconciling receipts or digital transactions.
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access, maintaining professionalism in virtual or off-site service environments.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service regulations and compliance requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
Previous experience in hospitality or bar service; senior roles may require experience leading or training team members.
