Role Description This is a remote Live Streaming Content Creator (TikTok) role. The Live Streaming Content Creator will host engaging live sessions on TikTok, interact with audiences in real time, and follow platform and partner guidelines. The role includes planning content topics, preparing talking points and visuals, and coordinating with internal teams to align live streams with campaigns and growth objectives. The Live Streaming Content Creator will monitor live performance metrics, adjust content based on viewer feedback, and support experimentation with new formats and engagement techniques. The role may also involve basic administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and adherence to compliance and safety standards.
Qualifications
Experience creating live video content, especially on TikTok or similar short-form platforms, with strong on-camera presence and audience engagement skills.
Ability to plan and structure livestreams, including content ideation, basic scripting or outlining, and coordination with marketing or creator management teams.
Comfort with social media tools and analytics, including tracking live performance, viewer behavior, and engagement trends to inform content decisions.
Strong communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and respectful, inclusive interaction with diverse audiences.
Reliable remote work habits, including time management, responsiveness, and the ability to follow operational guidelines and compliance standards.
Access to a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for professional live streaming (quiet space, basic lighting, and audio setup).
Previous experience in content creation, influencer work, or community building is a plus; familiarity with AI-driven creator platforms is beneficial.
